Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Contrast Imperial Fist 29-54
Contrast colours combine the flow properties of a Shade paint with the colour density and adhesion of a Layer paint. With these paints, various areas of a miniature can be painted effortlessly to achieve strong contrasts and vivid effects. Imperial Fist is ideal for bright, bold yellow tones and is particularly well suited for armour, fabrics, vehicles, as well as striking or chapter-specific colour schemes.
Contrast Paints function as basecoat and shading in one step. The paint settles in recesses and automatically creates natural shadows, while raised areas remain lighter. Imperial Fist delivers an intense, radiant yellow with clear colour impact.
For optimal results, we recommend light base colours and the use of the primers Wraithbone, White Scar or Grey Seer to fully utilise the excellent flow and contrast properties of Contrast Paints.
