Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Contrast Mantis Warriors Green 29-47
Contrast colours combine the flow properties of a Shade paint with the colour density and adhesion of a Layer paint. With these paints, various areas of a miniature can be painted effortlessly to achieve strong contrasts and vibrant effects. Mantis Warriors Green is ideal for bright, fresh green tones and is particularly well suited for armour, fabrics, scales, plants, as well as nature-inspired or chapter-specific colour schemes.
Contrast Paints function as basecoat and shading in one step. The paint settles in recesses and automatically creates natural, vibrant shadows, while raised areas remain lighter. Mantis Warriors Green provides a clear, intense green with strong contrast.
For optimal results, we recommend light base colours and the use of the primers Wraithbone, White Scar or Grey Seer to fully utilise the excellent flow and contrast properties of Contrast Paints.
