Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Layer Dawnstone 22-49
Layer paints are designed for precise layering and targeted highlighting of details on miniatures. Dawnstone is ideal for mid-tone, neutral grey shades and is particularly well suited for armor, fabrics, stone, vehicles, as well as realistic or industrial surfaces. The paint offers balanced, controlled coverage and allows for clean, even highlights with a natural color effect.
Layer paints are applied in thin coats and allow light and depth to be built up in a controlled manner. Dawnstone is excellent for brightening darker grey tones or for applying subtle highlights without obscuring details or altering the overall appearance.
For optimal results, it is recommended to slightly thin the paint and apply it in several thin layers. This allows for even surfaces and precise highlights.
