Shade paints are developed for targeted shading and deepening of details on miniatures. Athonian Camoshade is ideal for enhancing green, brown and natural tones and giving them more depth. The paint flows in a controlled manner into grooves, joints and recesses, creating natural, slightly muted green tones with a realistic effect.
Shade paints can be applied over large areas or selectively and help to clearly emphasize details. Athonian Camoshade is particularly well suited for armour, fabrics, leather, fur, plants as well as military or nature-related colour schemes.
For optimal results, it is recommended to shake the paint well and apply it evenly. Excess paint can be removed with a clean brush to achieve clean transitions and controlled shadows.
