Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Technical Martian Ironearth 27-24
Technical paints are developed for special effects and textures on miniatures and bases. Martian Ironearth is ideal for representing fine, cracked earth surfaces with a typical Martian look. Compared to Martian Ironcrust, this paint creates smaller, more even cracks and is particularly well suited for detailed bases and terrain.
Technical paints are applied directly from the pot and allow realistic effects without additional tools. Martian Ironearth can be applied thinly for fine crack textures or slightly thicker for more pronounced effects and works very well in combination with other Martian colours, washes, or drybrushing techniques.
For optimal results, it is recommended to apply the paint generously and allow it to dry completely. After drying, highlights, pigments, or additional effects can be added to make the surface appear even more lifelike.
