Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Technical Valhallan Blizzard 27-32
Technical paints are developed for special effects and textures on miniatures and bases. Valhallan Blizzard is ideal for representing realistic snow and ice surfaces. The paint contains fine texture particles and creates a convincing, granular snow texture when applied, which is particularly well suited for winter-themed bases, terrain, or frosty environments.
Technical paints are applied directly from the pot and allow convincing snow effects without additional materials. Valhallan Blizzard can be applied thinly for light fresh snow or thicker for piled snow drifts and works excellently with icy blue tones or drybrushing techniques.
For optimal results, it is recommended to apply the paint with a spatula or old brush and allow it to dry completely. After drying, additional effects such as gloss varnish or pigments can be added to represent wet or icy snow.
